Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our dietary supplements and food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase to ensure the safety and quality of our community. We strive for 100% satisfaction but cannot accept returns on used tubs or opened sample packs.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, the safety seal is intact, and it is within the 30-day window from the original delivery date.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our GG support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
